In late July, R&R Editor-in-Chief Michelle Blevins had the privilege of touring JC Restoration's state-of-the-art facility just outside Chicago. JC Restoration has grown exponentially over the years with a heavy emphasis on culture, a team environment, and impeccable work quality. As you'll see from this gallery, JC Restoration has very specific processes in place to make sure the company runs efficiently and effectively for their clients.

When JCR goes into CAT mode, this room is the center of operations. Every call during a CAT, like last winter’s polar vortex, goes through this room. During that deep freeze, 336 calls went through this room in nine days.

To help with buy-in from technician-level employees, JCR has a special breakroom just off the warehouse where crews can get coffee and go through a quick team meeting in the morning to get everyone on the same page.
