The multi-brand residential and commercial service organization that includes Restoration 1, bluefrog Plumbing + Drain, The Driveway Company and Softroc, has named Sherry Rose its CEO. Rose, who previously was chief operating officer of Stellar, replaces Gary Findley, who transitions to chairman of the board for Stellar.

Olson has been employed with the franchise office for more than 12 years and began as a marketing representative, then advanced to senior positions in the marketing and sales departments.

Michael "The Colonel" Iovieno joined Restoration Builders in 2017 and has served as the company's chief operating officer since 2019. His previous business experience includes brokering contracts in compliance with international laws and procedures, residential and commercial real estate development and large scale international logistical support.

Pat Dodd has been appointed to the position of interim president and CEO, replacing Frank Martell, who will assume the position of non-executive chairman of the CoreLogic board. 

Cotton Holdings, Inc. announced that Jeff Erler, formerly general counsel, has been promoted to chief legal officer, reporting directly to Pete Bell, founder and CEO, effective immediately. He is the first person to hold the position with the company.
